Sanctuary is a marketing one-pager. We collect as little as possible, use it only to reply, and keep no analytics or ad trackers on this site.
What we collect
- Contact form — name, business name, phone/email, and your message. Required fields are name and contact.
- No cookies, no analytics — this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
- Server logs — standard web-server logs (IP, time, user-agent) for security — retained briefly and not tied to your form data.
How we use it
Only to respond to you within one business day and map your flow inside Sanctuary. We do not sell, rent, or share your details. If you provide a WhatsApp number, we may reply there instead of email — your choice.
If a webhook (CONTACT_WEBHOOK_URL) or email provider (RESEND_API_KEY) is configured in production, your submission is forwarded securely to our team inbox. Otherwise it is logged for manual follow-up.
Storage & retention
We keep contact requests only as long as needed to start a conversation. If you ask us to delete your details, we do — email hello@sanctuary.systems with subject “Delete my data”.
Your rights (Kenya ODPA)
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Contact us at hello@sanctuary.systems. We reply within 30 days.
Children & sensitive data
Do not submit sensitive personal data via this form. This site is not directed to children under 18.
