This site is a marketing one-pager for a pilot-stage product. By using it you agree to these short, plain terms.
1. What Sanctuary is (and isn’t)
Sanctuary helps service teams turn chat demand into booked, paid, and completed jobs inside the chats they already use. Content here is informational; it is not an offer, contract, or guarantee of availability. Features described are pilot-stage and may change.
2. Pilot & pricing
There is no pricing page. Monetization is via conversation and pilot cohorts. Any quote, timeline, or fee discussed via contact is non-binding until you sign a separate agreement.
3. Your submissions
You confirm that information you submit via the contact form is accurate and you have permission to share it. Do not submit confidential or sensitive data. We handle submissions as described in our Privacy page.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to scrape at abusive rates, bypass rate limits, inject content, or disrupt the site. Automated access should respect robots.txt and rate-limit headers. We may block abusive clients.
5. Intellectual property
Copy, design, and code on this site are owned by Sanctuary Systems. You may link to the site. Do not reproduce substantial parts without permission. Brand marks remain with their respective owners (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
6. Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Sanctuary Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute relating to the site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
